Bognet Poll: Cartwright 48, Bognet 43: The Jamestown Associates survey commissioned by GOP challenger Jim Bognet shows him trailing Rep. Matt Cartwright by 5 points, 48-to-43, while 9% are undecided. Former VP Joe Biden holds a 2 point edge over President Donald Trump in a district that the president carried by 10 points in 2016.
