   As I wrote repeatedly, I based my view that the Senate could act on a legal analysis [which was progressing without interruption, disputing the arguments of others including yourself] and on a political analysis [which was based upon Wolf and other Dems seemingly recognizing that it would be desirous not to have this political problem linger].

   I didn’t predict this would definitively occur, but I argued that this would be best for the Commonweal [and, indeed, for her party] – the sooner, the better – for, as the judge noted, the porn-stuff was tangential, and you have yet to proffer proof that she was targeted by Fina, et al.

   You do not “ignore” when you restate [incorrectly] that I predicted Cruz would be nominated, for I repeatedly expressed the HOPE that he would be and, if the polling is accurate, an increasing number of R’s concur [and, were The Donald to be belatedly supplanted, the odds would increase that the GOP could emerge victorious].

   So tell us all how you plan to atone, for that would be a first step towards recognizing your addiction to a form of alcoholic self-intoxication and, thus, the first step towards self-improvement [that could even yield self-recognition of your ingrained anti-Semitism].

11. David Diano – the prosecution also had the intercepted text messages between Kane and Morrow from around the time of the McCord investigation – which was at least a year ago. That was likely the smoking gun. That and her email words ‘this is war’…she sh!t her own bed. Even if she felt the porn emails had anything to do with it (clearly the female judge disagreed, because they were no excuse for what she did) why didn’t she take the stand and mention it herself? She was exposed for the vindictive witch that she is, such that the judge told her she would jail Kane if she saw any sign of witness retaliation and ordered Kane to surrender her passport. This was really a no-brainer case, and evidently the jury agreed, taking less than 5 hours to return a verdict.

    Though, I think you will find an expectation that Kane would be able to present evidence of the conspiracy and collusion against her (which she was not allowed to present) and the improper conduct/abuse of those running the grand jury.

    I wonder when the DA had this new testimony from Morrow? I don’t think the DA had this when they presented to the grand jury last year and it’s a recent development (after new immunity deal). So, what was the basis for bringing this all to trial, and coming up with the charges, when they didn’t have this “evidence/testimony” a year ago.

    The entire process has been pretty fishy.

    When did I “swear” the jury would not find her guilty?

    I’m surprised that no jury members could see through this trumped up case, but the judge didn’t allow Kane’s team to present evidence on the prior actions of her political enemies that led up to all this. So, that kept a lot of relevant info out, that would have shown how selective/political this prosecution was. I was really hoping Kane could have had Fina on the stand and ask about his leaks.
